How I Work
I review an existing system or a proposed design and go straight for where the real risk lives, not the version of "audit" that reads down a generic checklist. The advice comes from having actually built and shipped AI and Web3 products myself, SharapovLab Trading Lab and Protonia among them, so it's grounded in things that broke in production, not just theory.
Engagements stay focused. A specific decision, a specific review, not an open-ended retainer by default (though that can be arranged if it genuinely fits). And recommendations come back written, with the reasoning attached, so the trade-offs are on record rather than living in a call nobody took notes on.
