AI Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
Customer support and sales assistants with real access to your knowledge base and systems, not a scripted FAQ bot that falls over the moment someone phrases a question differently.
From $1,200
Start a projectOverview
A scripted chatbot answers the ten questions it was programmed for, then fails on the eleventh. An assistant with real retrieval against your actual knowledge base, product data or internal systems handles the long tail instead, and it knows when to hand off to a human rather than guess.

How I Build This
The assistant answers from your actual knowledge base and data. That's retrieval-augmented, not a fixed decision tree that breaks the moment someone rephrases a question. When confidence is low or a request is genuinely high-stakes, it hands off to a human explicitly instead of confidently guessing its way through.
Deployment happens where your customers already are: a website widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, or an internal tool, rather than a separate app people have to be told to go install. And by default it has no access to secrets or destructive actions. That's the same principle used in SharapovLab's own trading system, where the AI chat assistant can see live state but never touches an API key.
Who This Is For
Businesses fielding the same customer questions over and over, or that want leads qualified and supported at 2am without staffing a support team around the clock.
FAQ
How is this different from a chatbot builder tool?
Chatbot builders hand you a decision-tree editor. This is retrieval-augmented and connected to your real data, so it handles questions nobody explicitly scripted for, built around your specific systems instead of a generic template.
Can it access our internal systems, not just a FAQ page?
Yes. It can connect to a knowledge base, product catalog, order status, or other internal data, scoped to whatever is actually safe for it to see.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It hands off to a human instead of guessing. The threshold and flow for that hand-off are part of the build, not an afterthought.
